DIGITAL COMPOSITING

'Digital compositing is the process of digitally assembling multiple images to make a final image, typically for print, motion pictures or screen display. It is the digital analogue of optical film compositing.' www.wikipedia.org

These works are in effect digital 'drawings' and 'paintings'. Their assembly reminiscent of mixed media and collage. The images are created digitally using 'painting', 'drawing', 'airbrushing', and 'masking' tool techniques among others.

They are ultimately printed on archival paper stocks which vicariously act as the 'canvas'.
